bStock character
Binance bStocks are BEP-20 tokenized securities issued by BTech Holdings Limited. They are described as certificates representing financial instruments, not direct shares, and provide no direct shareholder ownership in the referenced company.
Geographic restrictions
Current product materials state that bStocks are offered through an approved prospectus in the ADGM and only to eligible users in permitted jurisdictions. They are not offered to U.S. persons. Permissionless BSC access does not make a transaction lawful or suitable.
Protocol, Flap, and market risk
Smart-contract bugs, BSC reorganizations, keeper failure, Flap or Pancake changes, metadata errors, multiplier rebases, corporate actions, token halts, liquidity loss, slippage, MEV, key compromise, governance action, and changing law may cause partial or total loss. One developer wallet controls Salt’s administrative contracts and receives the immutable 10% processed-SALT treasury route without a multisig quorum or timelock, so compromise or permanent loss of that key can cause immediate or unrecoverable administrative failure. A BNB reserve is a settlement mechanism—not deposit insurance, a guarantee, or a valuation.
Draw and token risk
SALT charges 3% on buys and 3% on sells, in addition to Flap’s curve fee before migration or PancakeSwap fees afterward. Edition labels are presentation categories. Exact odds change with the active pool. SALT reward funding depends on realized tax revenue and bounded market execution; no APY, reward amount, price, or liquidity is promised.
